my son Adam and I decided to check around for a newer car for him. While
driving past, one caught my eye at Auto Express.
It was a sharp looking Eclipse Spyder, just what Adam was looking for. I
stopped in, looked it over, and took it for a test drive. I

thank Robby and Nate as well as the entire staff at Auto express for the
wonderful service they have provided on our recent purchase of a 2005 Suzuki
Verona. The no pressure sales and care they give each customer is outstanding.
After we purchased the car it ran into an issue with the air bag system and the
horn when I explained the problem they were just as courteous and helpful as
well as apologetic for the problem. Without hesitation they had me bring the
car back so they could take care of the problem the only cost to me was a $50
dollar deductible Auto express took care of all parts and labor. They even gave
us a loaner car to drive sothat we were not without needed transportation'
until the problem was resolved this goes well above and beyond any used car
dealer I have ever dealt with ..

"My husband and I were only in the process of thinking about buying a car this year. We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for, but didn't know if we could swing a car payment at this time. I was checking in the newspaper one day for vehickles, and Auto Express had an add for what we were looking for, and also listed the website address to see further pictures and information.
When I went to the website, I was impressed with how informational it was. Not only did it have all the information about the car, the price was listed (which was under Kelly Blue Book Value), a Car Fax Report was available, a ton of images, a video, and any other information you could possibly want to know about it. And to top that all off, the website was very user friendly. Unlike "other websites" out there, that tell you to please contact the dealer for more information. I feel like I had all my questions answered, and all I had to do was show up there and do some talking.
I went to the dealer without my musband, and asked them if I could test drive the car. I did not get "The Female Treatment" that so many other car dealers seem to dish out. I was very impressed with how they treated me. After I test drove the car, I went home and called my husband who works out of town, and is gone alot, and he told me to go back and put some money down to hold until he could get home. When he got home later that week, we ended up buying the car. We truly feel that we were treated very well, and we not mislead in any way.
We are very pleased with our new car, and feel it will serve us well for many years to come.
